Clinic Policies

EFFECTIVE DATE: Dec. 15th, 2022

Distill Laser Clinic has been providing great service and care to our clients since 2019. We appreciate your business and ask you to follow our clinic policies.


You can reschedule or cancel your appointment 24 hours before your appointment by email or contacting the clinic. If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, you will be charged a $75 cancellation fee. If you miss your appointment without any notice, you will be charged a NO SHOW fee, of $75.

Failure to pay the required no-show or cancellation fee will result in the forfeiture of the scheduled session(s) for that day. The client will not be eligible to receive the service(s) they had booked.

We value the time of our clients and staff, so we have this policy. We set aside a staff member, treatment room, equipment, and time just for you. If you miss an appointment, we lose your business and the chance to serve other clients. we provide email and call reminders as a courtesy to our clients. However, it is ultimately the responsibility of the client to remember their upcoming appointments.

All our services require a valid credit card to book an appointment. Your credit card information is safe with us. You will only be billed for late cancellations or no-shows. You can choose your preferred payment method when you check out.


We schedule a specific amount of time for each client. If you arrive late, it may limit our ability to provide complete services. Late arrivals will not get extra time for their service.


Skincare & Retail Products: You can return unopened items with the original receipt for a full refund within 14 days of purchase.

Treatments & Treatment Packages: No refunds will be given after purchase. Unused treatments can be exchanged for equal-value treatments, at the discretion of Distill Laser Clinic.

Gift Cards & Memberships: No refunds will be given after purchase.


Gifts cards are valid for one year from the Date of Issue. After the gift card has expired, it is no longer valid. All transactions will be declined. Unused value will not be refunded and will become the property of Distill Laser Clinic.


·  Third-Party Financing Usage: In instances where clients opt to utilize third-party financing services to cover the costs of services provided by the Distill Laser Clinic, it is the sole responsibility of the client to thoroughly review and comprehend the terms and conditions outlined in the financing contract provided by the third-party financing company.

·  Payment Structure Understanding: Clients utilizing third-party financing services must ensure a clear understanding of the payment structure, including but not limited to interest rates, repayment terms, and any associated fees. Distill Laser Clinic holds no liability for any misunderstandings or disputes arising from the terms outlined in the financing contract.

·  Direct Payment to the Clinic: Clients utilizing third-party financing services understand and acknowledge that payments for services rendered by Distill Laser Clinic will not be made directly to the Clinic. Instead, clients have entered into a contractual agreement with the third-party financing company, and payments will be made according to the terms outlined in that agreement.

·  Client Responsibility: It is the responsibility of the client to fulfill all financial obligations as agreed upon in the financing contract with the third-party financing company. Failure to adhere to the terms outlined in the financing contract may result in penalties, fees, or adverse effects on the client’s credit history, for which the Clinic bears no responsibility.
